Dawang Rose Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting and coming to the Dawang Rose website. Solup is committed to providing you with the best delivery service. The following terms constitute our delivery policy. 

Order processing time
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 working days. Please refer to the instructions on the product page for the estimated delivery time.
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.
No shipments or deliveries will be arranged during weekends and public holidays.
During peak order periods, goods may be delayed for several days. Please allow sufficient transportation time. In case of severe delays, we will notify you by email. 

Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.
If there is no update within 10 working days, please contact the support team: ownerhpj@rosemetic.com.

Please ensure that all the delivery information provided is accurate. We will not be responsible for any losses (including loss, damage, delay or any other damaged packages) resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. 
We do not accept the shipment of goods to post office boxes or APO/FPO/DPO type addresses. 

Damage Handling
If you receive damaged goods, please contact Dawang Rose customer service within 7 working days: ownerhpj@rosemetic.com.
We are not responsible for losses related to transportation (including package loss, packaging damage, delays, or other damages). However, we will assist you in contacting the relevant transportation company. Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged items, as these may be needed when claiming from the logistics company.
